Working from home has now become a very common way of working remotely – a change accelerated by the UK’s Covid-19 pandemic lock-downs.
WFH (Working From Home), remote work, distance working, telework, teleworking, mobile work, remote job, and work from anywhere is an employment arrangement in which employees do not commute to a central place of work, such as an office building.
Hybrid working is something that many office-based workers in the public sector have been doing for many years – it’s a type of flexible working where the employee splits their time between the workplace and remote working.
