The Change Toolkit helped me write brilliant communications and changed the way I communicated with people on my project. The use of the Change toolkit proved invaluable and essential in its use for the project of relocating all our council services to the new Wakefield One site. I used the Fisher curve and accompanying tools with my team managers and through this process we identified champions to help manage the change process.
